What we collect

When you sign, we collect your name, country, role, sentence and email. We also keep a one-way hash of your network address for abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile processes device signals to check that submissions are made by people.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to count and display signatures for this petition, prevent abuse, and moderate the public wall.

Legal basis

We rely on your explicit consent because signing this petition reveals a political opinion.

Who sees what

Your email and network hash are never public. Your name, role, country and sentence appear only when you choose to show them.

How long we keep it

We keep signature data until the campaign ends, then delete it or anonymise it into aggregate counts.

Your rights

You can request access or correction by writing to pascal.resonance@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent and permanently delete your signature yourself below. The deletion includes your email, name, country, role, sentence and associated network hash, and removes your entry from the public wall and totals. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

For privacy, the result does not reveal whether an email was registered. Anyone who enters an email address and completes the bot check can request its deletion. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in France, this is the CNIL.

No selling or tracking

We do not sell your data, run ads, use analytics, or set tracking cookies. Only essential administration and bot-check technology is used.
